International CFDA listed Designer-Tailor, Justin Haynes of Jus10H is a notable fashion sensation. Haynes believes that one should “never worry about what others may think about you.” He started JUS10H after declining a promotion and took a leap of faith and committed to becoming a fashion designer. His retro chic menswear, womenswear and children’s wear are tailor made, infused with bright colors, distinct patterns, and elegant patchwork allowing his brand to be distinctly recognizable and highly requested by the prominent. Haynes attributes his supporters, family and friends.

In Springfield, Massachusetts–Haynes hometown–it’s uncommon to leave job stability to pursue a childhood dream. He is the first designer ever from the Springfield area to showcase his work in Paris, New York, LA, Miami, Milan, Dubai and Aspara Fashion Weeks. The brand has adorned celebrities such as Kelly Rippa, Nick Cannon, Maino, Angela Yee, Melissa McCarthy, Brianna Roy from Disney’s Ravens Home and many others. Haynes remains true to his mission, “Bringing Fashion to Your Everyday Life” by including a piece of his heart every time he creates. Highlights of the brand include dressing high-profile clientele for the Oscars, receiving the “Natural Born Artist Award,” (2018, 2019, 2020) “Best Women’s Ready To Wear Designer” (2019, 2022, 2023), and the Fashion and Lifestyle Award from the Black Business Association (2019). His features include over 75 campaigns in magazine publications. He is named Top Business Leader of 2020 by Yahoo Finance, Top Entrepreneur of 2020 by USA today and Lifestyle Fashion Icon by Google news to name a few. Haynes has released several showcases with audiences over 10,000 and some of his partnerships include Adidas Brazil and New Balance Lifestyle.
